How It Works

Create your free account at our client portal. You'll tell us your name and pickup address, sign a brief pre-pickup agreement, and pay a small $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot on our schedule. Then pick a date and time that works for you — we'll come right to your door.

We come right to your door anywhere in the Longview area. We'll assess your photo collection in person and give you an official estimate based on exactly what you have. You'll sign the final contract right there — no surprises, no hidden fees. Your $25 deposit is applied toward your total.

Every photo is carefully handled and scanned at high resolution. We organize, quality-check, and optimize each image. Albums are gently disassembled and reassembled. Scrapbook pages are photographed with professional cameras and polarized lighting to eliminate glare.

Once scanning is complete, you'll get access to your digital photos via secure, encrypted cloud download. You have 30 days to download everything. Prefer a USB drive? We offer that too for a small fee.

Your original photos are returned to you safe and sound — right to your door, just like the pickup. Everything comes back exactly as it was, plus you now have perfect digital copies to share, print, and keep forever.
